Onesie goes on from the bottom, and ties attached to thong attach to sides and tie around the back. Top can be tied various ways (crossed in front, or like a spaghetti strap tank), and ties go over shoulders where they attach to sides and then tie around the back. Full disclosure, this onesie is a bit of a doozy with the ties- they are long and they seem everywhere. It may take some adjusting to get the perfect fit, but baby once you do!

Model is 5'1, 118 lbs, wears XS top and S bottoms and is wearing a Size XS/S. Made with quality 80% nylon 20% spandex four way stretch material.
