Dress comes with lace top thigh high stockings and garter straps to connect them in front and back. Dress goes on all in one piece and has tank top like straps that adjust. 

 Size S-L fits 115-165 lbs and up to 6' (but pls read note above, stockings fit 5'5 an taller best!). We don't suggest this style for sizes XXS/XS as it won't be a snug fit.

Size M-XL fits 160-250 lbs and up to 6'2

Model is 5’2, 120 lbs, and wears a M top and S/M bottoms and is wearing a Size XS-M.
