Set includes elastic top and thong.
Top can be tied off to your perfect fit- pull to a comfortable fit, loop tie a tight knot, then cut excess elastic, leaving 1/4" so knot does not slip.

Please note, micros are made to be exactly that- micro, tiny, very small. You are supposed to look nearly naked in them! No refunds or exchanges will be made on micros because of dissatisfaction of the size/fit.
