AUGUST 2025: Willow 👑

AUGUST 2025: Willow 👑

What’s your name?
Willow Greene
.

What part(s) of the industry do you work in?
Strip Cluuuuub
.

How did you get started in the industry?
My best friend (my love my life) wanted to check out our local club to dance at and I came with for support. After chatting with all the beautiful girlies, seeing their fun outfits and getting soft tits in my face, I was sold. So - shoutout to my bestie for asking me that winter night two years ago.
.
What's your zodiac sign(s), and does it/they resonate with you?
Im a Leo sun (aug 8th)/Gemini moon/Virgo rising which feels accurate :) I like using astrology/personality tests/religion/etc. as a tool for looking inward to learn about myself but not the end all be all. For instance, I love being on stage/performing but don’t find loyalty a centering point in my life as is common for leos. So now I’m gonna go and ponder what loyalty means for me and maybe journal some thoughts lololol. Everything with a grain of salt type beat.

Tell us about your favorite shift or customer ever!
For my 28th birthday, I was outside getting a gift from a regular and saw these two white girlies walk in and I legit said to this man “ugh they can be the worst, I hope they have good attitudes” I walked my gift to the back and had to pass in front of the bar where they were sitting and SCREAMED cause turns out… it was two of my sisters!! I introduced them to all my fave stripper friends, taught them how to throw money and we all hooted and hollered. It was so much fun and something I’ll cherish forever (even tho I made them leave after an hour cause they were too distracting to the bag lol)
.

Do you have any pets? We love pets, please tell us about them!
I have one smol 15 yr old little chihuahua/dachshund (aka chaweenie) named Chacha. Thrice divorced, cataract squinting, former broadway star, only smokes Virginia Slims. She’s more of a cat than a dog: avoids kids, hates men, looooves older lady energy, naps all day, a fiend for snacks. She truly has the biggest piece of my soul and I cry sweet tears everyday thinking of how lucky I am to share life with her.
.
How have you made yourself stand out when working?
Delusional positivity/confidence. The amount of times customers ask me how much molly I take is laughable (bc I've never taken molly… yet). But it's more fun for me to embrace positivity and amplify my own confidence by smiling/laughing and staying upbeat which I think is inviting for custies (especially those who are nervous about being there). Also… I have a bigger butt than what most customers expect hehehe. Thank you universe for juicy DNA and thank you to ME for staying consistent in the gym.

What are some of your favorite things and hobbies outside of work?
Photography, weight lifting, anything with my family, laughing, coloring books, walks with friends, makeup/skincare research, sketching, tidying my house. ultimate fav hobby = learning.
.

What is a goal you’re proud you were able to reach while doing and because of SW?
Definitely financial independence/abundance and improved foundational confidence.
.

What is something you feel needs to change in the industry?
Would love to see a shift in management/ownership of businesses, specifically in diversity of the people themselves (less cis-white men->more dancer representation, to be transparent). Also, with the help of the aforementioned, improving dancer’s financial/social sovereignty both in and out of the club.
.

What is your best tip for making money at work?
Develop your individual resilience. Ducks have water-proof feathers and a gland that makes a special hydrophobic oil they preen over themselves daily. How are you letting “water” roll off your back when facing rejections/mean customers/bad energy in general so you can focus on swimming (aka securing a fat bag)? I encourage it to evolve but right now my resilience is planning my workfit beforehand, picking/repeating a money mantra, doing deep breathing while stretching (in and out of the club), a quick lil scream in the back room, striking funny poses in the mirror and brushing my hair/spraying perfume. All pretty simple but I focus my energy into it so theres intentionality. Like paving the road so the good vibes know how to flow back to me.
.
What's your favorite colors / styles / accessories to wear at work?
Overall, white with silver sparkly jewelry is peak foolproof eye catching sexiness for me. Generally, I oscillate between “stipper core” with sparkles/fishnets/bright colors(favs = baby blue ,“Pink Sugar”, bright orange) and character looks (sexy secretary/librarian with plaid skirts and glasses). Lovelovelove wearing pieces I can take off as part of a dance since it’s alluring and takes up time heheh. “bedroom” looks are also super fun, like a calvin klein undie set or cropped white tees (cut so that my nipples peak out from the bottom) = effortlessly supremely hot next door neighbor vibes. I could write an entire doctoral dissertation on club outfits. I was intricately obsessed with dress up games online as a kid and stripping has been the adult personification of that. It combines my love for fashion, psychology and sex appeal into a way to make money??? hell yes
.

Do you have any industry "life hacks" to share?
electric razors for shaving (love the norelco one blade followed by a "foil" type razor for getting rid of stubble) and google voice as a way for clients to reach you without giving out ur real info (especially good for the older clients who don't want to use social media)
.

How can customers make you feel spoiled, appreciated, and respected?
Bringing wrapped gifts to the club hehehe. The glow I get from opening a present??? GOLLY. For respect, the bar is in hell -__- treat me & every dancer as an individual, full fledged human each with distinct wants and needs that will differ from one another. Next step = respect that in the club, I am WORKING so, unless you will pay for my time, expect me to do my job and don’t take offense to me leaving to engage with other customers.
.
What has been your biggest challenge in the industry and how do you cope with that?
Bunk management. The balance of power is so commonly tipped to the owners/managers who can operate in such immature, reactive and selfish ways that hinder not only the dancer but also their own business. I recently/unexpectedly had my contract “terminated” from a club with no notice or reasoning. It’s a bummer to transition to another club but holding onto gratitude for the flexibility this job offers and allowing the universe to guide me to better opportunities. Tbh Im still unsure about how to navigate this but generally it feels safe to be kind, keep worker relationships surface level and operate under the radar.
.
What do you wish people knew about us, and about you personally as a SWer?
I like my job :)
.

How have you dealt with the stigma of being out as a SW, if you’ve faced any?
Super grateful that most everyone who learns I’m a stripper is supportive, excited and/or curious. The biggest friction I’ve faced is from my oldest siblings (I’m the youngest of 6) and it’s heartbreaking to have a severed relationship. It feels good to offset all the negative stereotypes and horror stories that fuel their fear by simply existing in my self-made abundance, championing all the joy this job brings me and being honest with their questions/concerns. MOST ENORMOUS SHOUTS OUT TO MY MOM for being so open and caring, love her and owe her the world and more!!
What are your plans for the future (can be related to the industry or not!)?
Take naps in the sun, maybe go to a trade school, learn more languages, eat good food.
.

What advice would you give younger you, if you could, both work related and in general?
OMGEEEE younger young me: give her a big hug and beg her to drink more water lol. Young industry me? ASK FOR TIPS EVERY SINGLE TIME
.

Where can we find you?
Thank You, Willow! 💖
