My discount code is not working, what do I do?
Oh no! If your discount code is not working, please email us at email@example.com.
Remember to include the code you have that isn’t working so we can fix it or send you a replacement code.
Please note, we are not able to apply discount codes retroactively to orders that have been completed.
A product I want to purchase is out of stock, will it be back?
If an item is still listed, it will be restocked! The best way to know when an item is restocked is to sign up to get an email alert on the listing. When the product is restocked, you'll immediately be notified via email.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, Venmo, and Diners Club.
U.S. based customers can also pay using Shop Pay Installments, a program that allows you the option to split your purchase into 4 equal installment payments. Please see details here.
Please note, this program is run by Shop Pay, not Angel Candy, so all questions if you choose this option will have to be directed to Shop Pay directly.
Do you offer international shipping, or accept international credit cards?
Angel Candy offers international shipping to Australia, Canada, Germany, Mexico, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand (16 of 17 regions), Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Denmark, France, Ireland, China, Russia, Vietnam, Switzerland, Brazil, Finland, United Kingdom, Belize, Malaysia, Turkey, Ukraine, Sweden, and Singapore.
International orders ship via DHL. Please review our Shipping Policy for any questions about import fees, tariffs, and duties. We cannot accept non-US issued credit or debit cards at this time, but international customers can use Paypal.

What happens when I order?
You will receive an order confirmation email within 5-10 minutes (or sooner!) of placing your order. This email will contain your order number. Please reference your order number if you need to contact us about your order.
If you don't see it, check your spam and promotions folder. It gets stuck there sometimes because we are a store.
Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts so you don't miss any important order updates!
Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once this happens, you will receive a shipping notification email that includes your package’s tracking information.
I entered the wrong shipping address, what do I do?
Please contact us IMMEDIATELY at email@example.com with the subject line "URGENT ADDRESS CHANGE" with your order number, full name, and the correct shipping address.
You will receive an auto-reply that says someone will get back to you within 48 hours. Please REPLY to the auto-reply again, with text URGENT ADDRESS CHANGE.
Our team does our best to stay on top of emails and we will absolutely change the shipping address for any order that has not yet been processed, or for any order that has been processed, but is still within our facility.
Unfortunately, if the order has already left our facility, the address cannot be changed. No refunds will be offered because the incorrect shipping address was entered.
I received the wrong items, what do I do?
Oh no! We are so sorry about this. If you receive the wrong item(s), please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will figure out the most convenient way to make it right.
Please include your order number and photo(s) of the items you did receive in your order.
My item(s) arrived damaged, what do I do?
Oh no! We are so sorry this happened. If any items in your order arrive damaged but the shipping bag and materials were not damaged, please email us immediately at email@example.com.
Please include your order number and clear photo(s) so we can see what happened and we will figure out the most convenient way to make it right.
If items in your order arrived damaged or missing because of something that occurred during shipping, you are eligible to file a claim. Please see our Shipping Policy here for details about how to file a claim.
Can I cancel my order?
We do not offer order cancellations. We have a team working through processing orders, and cannot guarantee we see a request to cancel an order before it is processed. We will not be held responsible for any orders sent out that a customer contacting us about canceling as we do not offer cancellations.
What is Angel Candy’s Refund Policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time because the intimate nature of our products means we are unable to restock items. If your item(s) arrive damaged or you receive the wrong items, please see the above questions.

How can I see Angel Candy’s sizing chart?
Here is our Size Chart for all products we design and manufacture! This size chart applies to any products listed by sizes 0, 1, 2, and 3.
We also carry inventory from manufacturers that is not made per our size chart, and is usually listed as XS/S, M/L, L/XL, or likewise. For these items, please read the size notes within the listing and note the model’s measurements. Please email us prior to ordering with any sizing questions as we do not accept returns or exchanges! We will be glad to help you choose your best fit!
What materials are Angel Candy products made out of?
Outfits and accessories are made out of a mixture of materials including fishnet, fence net, velvet, nylon, spandex, mesh, cabaret net, and polyester. Our tees are made of 48% polyester, 48% cotton, and 4% spandex in most cases, but are made of all sorts of materials. Please see listing details.
Jewelry is made of a variety of metals including brass, zircon, stainless steel and more. Please see details within the listing.
The color of my product looks different than on the site, why?
Please note that colors may vary slightly from the way they look on your screen due to the different resolutions and settings used on your device! We make sure that our product photos are as true to tone as possible, but unfortunately slight variances can occur as we cannot control how photos appear on other's devices. If you'd like more info any of our fabrics, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send more reference photos whenever possible. Please note that this still doesn't guarantee photos are showing up the exact way as they do on ours.
Are Angel Candy Sets waterproof?
Most of our fits are made out of spandex, the same material that most bathing suits are made of. Most of them can be worn to swim and to the beach as well as on stage and cam.
We do NOT recommend using any sets that are sparkly, shiny, holo, or have sequins or diamonds on the fabric to swim because the prolonged exposure to water will cause them to fade much quicker. We also do not recommend using any sets that have metal o-rings or diamond metal connectors on them to swim as the prolonged exposure to water can cause these to rust. Angel Candy sets are not made for the purpose of swimming though (only swimming in the dough), and we will not be held responsible for any damage caused to a set because it was taken for a dip.
Where are Angel Candy products made?
We have various suppliers throughout the WORLD, baby.
Hand made collections are made by US based independent seamstresses that we work with. We currently work with over a dozen seamstresses and family run manufacturers based in New Jersey, Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, California, Michigan, and Canada.
We also work with four mid size US based manufacturers, who provide us with dance wear, lingerie, and accessories.
Some sets and our apparel are made in China, in a factory we chose after taking a virtual tour and undergoing a vigorous sampling process to ensure quality. Our jewelry is also made in China, unless otherwise noted in the listing.
Do you offer whole or sell your vendor list?
No ma’am! We do not offer wholesale on any of our products or sell info on our suppliers or fabric/supply sources.
I am a seamstress and am interested in working with Angel Candy, what do I do?
Hey! Please email us with the subject line SEAMSTRESS!, and INCLUDE a link where we can see your work, or attach photos of your work. If there seems to be synergy for us to work together, we will contact you about purchasing samples and give further details.
I am interested in doing a "collab" with you, what do I do?
Please do not DM us asking for free stuff and framing it as a “collab.” You can save them little tricks for you know, tricks.
We do work with SWer babes as influencers, collaborators, brand ambassadors, and more. Our content manager will reach out to anyone we are interested in working with, or we will post casting details with info on how to apply. Applicants will have to share analytics on their engagement rate and audience demographic.
We are only interested in working and collaborating with Swers.
