How can I contact you?

Please ONLY contact us via email to guarantee a response!
Email us at: hiangel@angelcandyshop.com for order inquiries and general questions. If emailing about your order, please include your order number- or as much information as possible about your order- if you do not have it.
Email us at: promo@angelcandyshop.com for questions about your affiliate account or marketing / social media inquiries.
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A REPLY to messages or comments sent to any of our social media channels! We only guarantee a response within 48 hours if contacted by email.

What happens when I order?

You will receive an order confirmation email within 5-10 minutes (or sooner!) of placing your order. If you don't see it, please check your spam and promotions folder. It gets stuck there sometimes because we are a store, womp womp. The order confirmation email will contain your order number and packing list- kindly reference your order number if you need to contact us about your order : ) We suggest adding hiangel@angelcandyshop.com to your contacts to ensure you don't miss any important order updates.
Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once this happens, you will receive a shipping notification email that includes your package’s tracking information.

My discount code is not working, what do I do?

Oh no! If your discount code is not working, please email us at hiangel@angelcandyshop.com
Include the code that isn’t working so we can fix it or send you a replacement code.
Please note, we are not able to apply discount codes retroactively to orders that have been completed.

A product I want to purchase is out of stock, will it be back?

If an item is still listed, it will be restocked! Click the “Notify Me When Available” button to sign up to receive an email notification when the item restocks.
If you’d like to inquire about a product you no longer see listed on the site, you can email us with a description for more info! We sometimes draft sold out items even if they ARE restocking.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, and Shopify Pay. U.S. based customers can also pay using Shop Pay Installments, a program that allows you the option to split your purchase into 4 equal installment payments. Please note, this program is run by Shop Pay- not Angel Candy- so all questions/account inquiries if you choose this option will have to be directed to Shop Pay directly as we cannot access Shop Pay account info.

Do you offer international shipping, or accept international credit cards?

Angel Candy offers international shipping to Australia, Canada, Germany, Mexico, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand (16 of 17 regions), Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Denmark, France, Ireland, China, Russia, Vietnam, Switzerland, Brazil, Finland, United Kingdom, Belize, Malaysia, Turkey, Ukraine, Sweden, and Singapore.
International orders ship via DHL. Please review our Shipping Policy for any questions about import fees, tariffs, and duties. We cannot accept non-US issued credit or debit cards at this time, but international customers can use Paypal.

I entered the wrong shipping address, what do I do?

Please contact us IMMEDIATELY at HIANGEL@angelcandyshop.com with the subject line "URGENT ADDRESS CHANGE" with your order number, full name, and the correct shipping address. You will receive an auto-reply that says someone will get back to you within 48 hours. Please REPLY to the auto-reply again, with text URGENT ADDRESS CHANGE.
Our team gets to all email inquiries within 48 hours max, and we will absolutely change the shipping address for any order that has not yet been processed- or for any order that has been processed, but is still within our facility- but we cannot guarantee we see an address change request prior to the order being processed.
Unfortunately, if the order has already left our facility, the address cannot be changed. No refunds will be offered because the incorrect shipping address was entered.

I received the wrong items, what do I do?

Oh no! We are so sorry about this. Please email us immediately with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue at HIANGEL@angelcandyshop.com and we will figure out the most convenient way to make it right. Please provide a photo(s) of the items you did receive. In some cases, it may be necessary to return the incorrect items prior to having the correct item sent out or having a refund issued. We will always provide pre-paid return labels in this case.

My order is missing an item(s), what do I do?

Oh no! We are so sorry this happened. Please email us at HIANGEL@angelcandyshop.com with info on what is missing, as well as info on whether your shipping package was torn/ripped/damaged at all. Reviewing evidence in these cases may take 3 - 5 days as we check our shipping area cameras to identify whether the error occurred on site or was due to the shipping carrier. We will contact you with a solution once evidence has been reviewed.

My item(s) arrived damaged, what do I do?

Oh no! We are so sorry this happened. Please email us immediately at HIANGEL@angelcandyshop.com with as much information as possible about the issue. Include clear photo(s) of the damaged item(s)- including of the shipping package if it is also damaged- so we can see what happened and figure out the most convenient way to make it right. We will be in touch with solutions as soon as we review the information provided.

Can I cancel my order?

We do not offer order cancellations. We cannot guarantee our team sees a request to cancel an order before it is processed. We will not be held responsible for any orders sent out that a customer contacting us about canceling as we do not offer cancellations.

What is Angel Candy’s Refund Policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.The intimate nature of our products means we are unable to restock most items. If your item(s) arrive damaged or you receive the wrong items, please see the above questions. Please review our full Refund Policy prior to purchasing.

Where is Angel Candy’s Size Chart?

A Please see “Size Charts” in the site’s footer menu! This area provides size charts for our ACE (Angel Candy Exclusive) line, as well as info on how to take your measurements. For non ACE products, see size guidelines in each listing. Please keep in mind we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS or exchanges, so we suggest contacting us PRIOR to purchasing should you have any specific sizing questions. We are glad to provide detailed measurements as requested.

How do I care for / wash Angel Candy products?

What materials are Angel Candy products made out of?

The majority of our product line is made out of a mix of spandex, polyester, and nylon materials. We carry spandex in vinyl, velvet, and various holographic styles. Our diamond connectors/buckles and jewelry are made of a variety of metals including brass, zircon, stainless steel and more. Please see notes on each listing for more detailed material information.

Where are Angel Candy products made?

We have suppliers throughout the WORLD, baby! Our ACE Angel Candy Exclusive Collection and handmade items are all manufactured by USA based seamstresses and family run manufacturers based in New Jersey, Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, California, Oregon, and Michigan. We also work with four mid size US based manufacturers. Mass produced items like jewelry and “box fits” are sourced throughout the USA, China, Korea, Mexico, and Brasil.

Are Angel Candy Sets waterproof?

Most of our fits are made out of spandex, the same material that bathing suits are typically made of. So while many of them CAN be worn to swim, we do not recommend it! The prolonged exposure to water- and the salt and/or pool chemicals- will drastically reduce the longevity of your sets. Sets that are sparkly/holo, latex look/vinyl, or have sequins or diamonds may fade much quicker if worn to swim. Hardware on sets (like metal o-rings or diamond metal connectors) risk rusting if worn to swim and not 100% dried properly. Angel Candy sets are not made for the purpose of swimming (only swimming in the dough), and we will not be held responsible for any damage caused to a set because it was taken for a dip!

I am a seamstress and am interested in working with Angel Candy, what do I do?

Hey! Please email us with the subject line SEAMSTRESS!, and include a link to your website or a social media page where we can see your work. The majority of our inventory is made with spandex, thus we are interested in working with folks who have experience and knowledge working with this fabric. If there seems to be synergy for us to work together, our Production Manager will contact you with further details.

Do you sell your vendor list?

Girl, No! We do not sell or share info on our suppliers for products or raw materials.

I am interested in doing a "collab" with you, what do I do?

Our Promo Team will reach out directly to Industry babes we are interesting in partnering with as influencers, collaborators, brand ambassadors. While we are open to receiving inquiries about collab opportunities, you must include info on your social media analytics, audience demographic, and engagement rate. We are only interested in working with Swers. Please send all collab/marketing inquires to: PROMO@angelcandyshop.com with full analytics details and your proposition. A member of our Promo will be in touch if we feel there is synergy.
