Pasties adhere to skin once seal is pulled off. There is a 1.25" circle in middle for nipples that has lining and is not sticky.
Last for 8-12 hours of wear and are sweat proof! You can get a 2nd/3rd wear out of them if you coat the back with eyelash glue.
